Image forming apparatus having a drawer

An image forming apparatus, comprising:

• a housing;
• a drum cartridge comprising a photoconductive drum, a first drum frame that supports a first end of the photoconductive drum, and a second drum frame that supports a second end of the photoconductive drum;
• a developing cartridge detachably mountable to the drum cartridge, the developing cartridge comprising a developing roller;
• and
• a drawer comprising a first side frame configured to support a first end of the drum cartridge and a second side frame configured to support a second end of the drum cartridge, the drawer being movable between an inner position and an outer position, the drum cartridge being detachable from the drawer in a detaching direction,
• wherein the first drum frame includes a first developing cartridge guide, the second drum frame includes a second developing cartridge guide, the first side frame of the drawer includes a first drum cartridge guide, and the second side frame of the drawer includes a second drum cartridge guide.

An image forming apparatus, comprising:

• a housing;
• a drum cartridge comprising a photoconductive drum, a first drum frame that supports a first end of the photoconductive drum, and a second drum frame that supports a second end of the photoconductive drum;
• a developing cartridge detachably mountable to the drum cartridge, the developing cartridge comprising a developing roller;
• and
• a drawer comprising a first side frame configured to support a first end of the drum cartridge and a second side frame configured to support a second end of the drum cartridge, the drawer being movable between an inner position and an outer position, the drum cartridge being detachable from the drawer in a detaching direction,
• wherein, the first drum frame including a first developing cartridge guide, and the second drum frame including a second developing cartridge guide, and the first side frame of the drawer including a first drum cartridge guide, and the second side frame of the drawer including a second drum cartridge guide, and
• wherein, in the state in which the drum cartridge is mounted to the drawer, a lower end of the first developing cartridge guide is located upper than a lower end of the first drum cartridge guide in height.
