Abstract
[Object] To provide a control system, a control method, and a storage medium through which a moving object can change a surrounding environment of a user depending on an emotion of the user. [Solution] Provided is a control system including: an estimation unit that estimates an emotion of a user; and a moving object controller that controls a moving object to change a surrounding environment of the user depending on the estimated emotion.

A control system comprising:
- circuitry configured to:
- determine a target area that requires an environmental change on a moving route from a current location of a target user to a destination;
- control a moving object in a base station near the target area to move to the target user;
- and
- control the moving object to perform the environmental change by tracking the target user.
A control method comprising:
- determining a target area that requires an environmental change on a moving route from a current location of a target user to a destination;
- controlling a moving object in a base station near the target area to move to the target user;
- and
- controlling the moving object to perform the environmental change by tracking the target user.
A non-transitory storage medium having a program stored therein, the program causing a computer to:
- determine a target area that requires an environmental change on a moving route from a current location of a target user to a destination;
- control a moving object in a base station near the target area to move to the target user;
- and
- control the moving object to perform the environmental change by tracking the target user.
