Abstract
A drug delivery device includes an elongate, generally cylindrical, housing extending along a longitudinal axis between a distal end and a proximal end, and a balancing weight located within the housing. A center of mass of the drug delivery device is located radially offset from the longitudinal axis in a radial direction towards the balancing weight.

A drug delivery device, comprising:
- an elongate housing extending along a longitudinal axis between a distal end and a proximal end;
- and
- a balancing weight located within the housing,
- a center of mass of the drug delivery device located radially offset from the longitudinal axis in a radial direction towards the balancing weight.
