Abstract
The present disclosure relates to methods for treating viral infections in a patient.

A method of treating a viral infection in a patient in need thereof, wherein the method comprises administering to the patient a compound 16:
- a deuterated compound thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein the compound 16, the deuterated compound thereof, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, is administered in a dosage of 350 mg/dose.

A method of treating a viral infection in a patient in need thereof, wherein the method comprises administering to the patient a compound 16:
- a deuterated compound thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein the compound 16, the deuterated compound thereof, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, is administered orally in a dosage of 350 mg/dose twice daily.
A method of treating a viral infection in a patient in need thereof, wherein the method comprises administering to the patient a compound 16:
- a deuterated compound thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- wherein the compound 16, the deuterated compound thereof, or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, is administered orally in a dosage of 350 mg/dose twice daily for five consecutive days;
- and
- wherein the patient has an eGFR of at least 90 mL/min/1.73 m2.
