Claims15
A drug used for treating or preventing cerebral hemorrhage, the drug comprising, as an active ingredient, a compound represented by the following Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester, or solvate thereof:
- wherein, in Formula (I), L represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having from 4 to 10 carbon atoms, X represents a hydroxy group or a carboxy group, n represents an integer from 0 to 2, and R represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent having a molecular weight of 1000 or less.
A method of treating a cerebral hemorrhage in a subject, the method comprising administering a compound represented by the following Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester, or solvate thereof, in an amount effective for treating the cerebral hemorrhage, to the subject suffering from the cerebral hemorrhage:
- wherein, in Formula (I), L represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having from 4 to 10 carbon atoms, X represents a hydroxy group or a carboxy group, n represents an integer from 0 to 2, and R represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less.
A method of preventing a cerebral hemorrhage in a subject, the method comprising administering a compound represented by the following Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, ester, or solvate thereof, in an amount effective for preventing cerebral hemorrhage, to the subject at risk of developing cerebral hemorrhage:
- wherein, in Formula (I), L represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon group having from 4 to 10 carbon atoms, X represents a hydroxy group or a carboxy group, n represents an integer from 0 to 2, and R represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less.
