Abstract
A wireless device may receive at least one control message. The at least one control message may comprise at least one pathloss reference parameter that may indicate a downlink carrier.

A method comprising:
- receiving, by a wireless device from a base station, at least one control message comprising a pathloss reference parameter that:
- is associated with a secondary cell in a secondary cell group of a plurality of cell groups that comprises the secondary cell and a primary cell;
- and
- indicates, as a pathloss reference a downlink carrier of the primary cell in the secondary cell group;
- and
- transmitting, based on the pathloss reference parameter, an uplink signal via the secondary cell.
