Method and system to pre-diagnose an issue and provide personalized ivr solution

A system for providing an interactive voice response, the system comprising:

• a memory storing instructions;
• and
• a processor configured to execute the instructions to:
• receive an inquiry from an electronic device;
• determine a geolocation of the electronic device;
• determine whether the geolocation of the electronic device corresponds to disruption information stored on a database;
• retrieve the disruption information based on determining that the geolocation of the electronic device corresponds to the disruption information;
• generate an interactive voice response (IVR) based on the retrieved disruption information;
• and
• provide the IVR to the electronic device.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing instructions for providing an interactive voice response that, when executed, cause one or more processors to:

• receive an inquiry from an electronic device;
• determine a geolocation of the electronic device;
• determine whether the geolocation of the electronic device corresponds to disruption information stored on a database;
• retrieve the disruption information based on determining that the geolocation of the electronic device corresponds to the disruption information;
• generate an interactive voice response (IVR) based on the retrieved disruption information;
• and
• provide the IVR to the electronic device.
