A power generation system including multiple power generation controllers responds to a changeable power consumption level and efficiently supplies power from power generators to loads. A program is used for a control terminal to control output power of a power generation system. The power generation system includes multiple power generators and multiple power generation controllers to control output power generation levels of the respective power generators. The program is executable to perform operations including obtaining a power consumption level of a load, obtaining a total power generation level of the power generation system, determining whether to tighten or loosen control by calculating a total allowable power generation level of the power generation system based on the power consumption level and the total power generation level, and calculating, based on a result of the determining, an output command value at a current time (t=t1) for each power generation controller.
