A radio communication method for a terminal, the radio communication method comprising:

• receiving indication information about switching of a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state for a plurality of serving cells;
• and
• determining delay time for application of a TCI state in TCI state switching based on information related to a quasi-co-location (QCL) source reference signal (RS) in the TCI state in each serving cell of the plurality of serving cells and the indication information.

A base station comprising:

• a transmitting section that transmits indication information about switching of a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state for a plurality of serving cells;
• and
• a control section that determines delay time for application of a TCI state in TCI state switching based on information related to a quasi-co-location (QCL) source reference signal (RS) in the TCI state in each serving cell of the plurality of serving cells and the indication information.
