Provided is a non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery containing a lithium salt, an organic solvent and a phosphoric acid-based additive of Formula 1 below, which significantly improves the high temperature stability of the lithium secondary battery: wherein R is described herein.

A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery comprising a lithium salt, an organic solvent, and a phosphoric acid-based additive represented by Formula 1:
- wherein, R is each independently a functional group having a linear chain or cyclic structure containing at least one element of H, C, N, O, F, P, S, or Si.
