System and method for implementing a personalized sales agent

Abstract

A method and system for implementing a personalized sales agent disclosed. The method includes receiving by a personalized sales agent via an interactive communication platform a conversational input from a client device associated with a prospective customer, wherein the personalized sales agent is implemented by the processing device; identifying a profile associated with the prospective customer from a content database that stores plurality of profiles of prospective customers and offerings provided by plurality of businesses; and generating a personalized sales pitch based on the profile and the conversational input, wherein the personalized sales pitch matches the profile with one or more offerings provided by at least one business; and transmitting via the interactive communication platform the personalized sales pitch to the client device for promoting sales of the at least one business.
