• R2B is N, CH, CR3, NR4;
• R2C is N, CH, CR3, NR4;
• R2D is N, CH, CR3, NR4, —O—;
• R3 is independently selected from H, CH3, halo, cyano, hydroxy, amino, NH3, C1-C4 alkyl, C1-C4 haloalkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, C1-C4 haloalkoxy, alkylthiol, thiol, —S—C1-C4 alkyl;
• and
• R4 is independently selected from H, CH3, C1-4 alkyl;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof.
