A formulation for extending the activity of micronutrient based pesticides over a period of time. The formulation includes an aqueous solution of metal ions some of which may be chelated, and at least one water soluble polymer.

A formulation for extending the activity of micronutrient based pesticides over a period of time, said formulation comprising:
- an aqueous solution of metal ions, and
- at least one water soluble polymer.
