Abstract
A compounding material for rubber kneading including: a sealing pouch (A) having an outer layer with a thickness of 30 to 100 μm that is made of a polymer (a) with a melting point of 60 to 140° C., and a liquid diene-based rubber (B) sealed inside the sealing pouch (A). Also a sealed package including: a sealing container with low water vapor permeability, and the compounding material for rubber kneading sealed inside the sealing container.
Claims13
A compounding material for rubber kneading, comprising:
- a sealing pouch (A) with a thickness of 30 to 100 μm that is made of a polymer (a) with a melting point of 60 to 140° C., and
- a liquid diene-based rubber (B) sealed inside the sealing pouch (A).
A method for producing a compounding material for rubber kneading, comprising at least:
- loading a liquid diene-based rubber (B) from an opening of a sealing pouch (A) with a thickness of 30 to 100 μm that is made of a polymer (a) with a melting point of 60 to 140° C., into the sealing pouch (A), and then
- sealing the opening of the sealing pouch (A).
