Method and apparatus for transmitting uplink control information multiplexed data by ue in wireless communication system

A user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:

• at least one transceiver;
• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one computer memory operably connectable to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
• generating a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU);
• and
• based on a listen before talk (LBT) succeeding, transmitting the MAC PDU on an uplink resource using a Hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process;
• wherein, based on the MAC PDU including user data, a configured grant timer (CGT) and a configured grant retransmission timer (CGRT) for the HARQ process are started, and a status of the HARQ process is set to not pending,
• wherein, based on the MAC PDU not including the user data and being multiplexed with uplink control information (UCI), the CGT and the CGRT for the HARQ process are not started, and the status of the HARQ process is set to not pending.

An apparatus for a user equipment (UE), the apparatus comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• at least one computer memory operably connectable to the at least one processor and storing instructions that, when executed, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
• generating a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU);
• and
• based on a listen before talk (LBT) succeeding, transmitting the MAC PDU on an uplink resource using a Hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process;
• wherein, based on the MAC PDU including user data, a configured grant timer (CGT) and a configured grant retransmission timer (CGRT) for the HARQ process are started, and a status of the HARQ process is set to not pending,
• wherein, based on the MAC PDU not including the user data and being multiplexed with uplink control information (UCI), the CGT and the CGRT for the HARQ process are not started, and the status of the HARQ process is set to not pending.

A computer readable storage medium storing at least one computer program comprising instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform operations for a user equipment (UE), the operations comprising:

• generating a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU);
• and
• based on a listen before talk (LBT) succeeding, transmitting the MAC PDU on an uplink resource using a Hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process;
• wherein, based on the MAC PDU including user data, a configured grant timer (CGT) and a configured grant retransmission timer (CGRT) for the HARQ process are started, and a status of the HARQ process is set to not pending,
