Abstract
A composite absorbent body for absorbing a liquid and for use as a sanitary article contains a polymeric absorber equipped with a hydrophilic continuous framework and continuous pores. The ratio of pore volume from pores having a pore radius of 1 μm or higher in the polymeric absorber is at least 90% of the pore volume of all pores.
Claims15
A composite absorbent body for absorption of liquid, comprising:
- a polymer absorbent comprising a hydrophilic continuous skeleton and continuous pore,
- wherein a ratio of a pore volume of a pore with a pore radius of 1 μm or greater in the polymer absorbent is 90% or more of a pore volume of the pore.
