Abstract
Described herein are compositions of modified binding agents and modified carrier proteins, as well as nanoparticle complexes comprising modified binding agents and modified carrier proteins with optionally at least one therapeutic agent, and methods of making and using the same, in particular, as a cancer therapeutic.
Claims17
A composition comprising nanoparticle complexes, wherein each of the nanoparticle complexes comprises:
- albumin,
- an antibody or fusion protein having at least one albumin-binding motif inserted, wherein the albumin-binding motif consists of an amino acid sequence having at least about 80% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO.:
- 6, SEQ ID NO.:
- 7, SEQ ID NO.:
- 8, SEQ ID NO.:
- 9, SEQ ID NO.:
- 10, SEQ ID NO.:
- 11, or SEQ ID NO.:
- 12, said antibody or fusion protein having an antigen-binding domain;
- and
- wherein the nanoparticle complexes have binding specificity for the antigen in vivo.
An antibody having at least one albumin-binding motif inserted, wherein the albumin-binding motif consists of the polypeptide sequence of SEQ ID NO.:
- 6, SEQ ID NO.:
- 7, SEQ ID NO.:
- 8, SEQ ID NO.:
- 9, SEQ ID NO.:
- 10, SEQ ID NO.:
- 11, or SEQ ID NO.:
- 12.
