• feeding back one or more channel state information (CSI) reports to a network-side device, wherein the CSI report comprises a first field corresponding to a first measurement hypothesis, wherein
• the first measurement hypothesis comprises:
• X single transmission and reception point (STRP) measurement hypotheses and one joint transmission measurement hypothesis, wherein X is a natural number;
• or the first measurement hypothesis is one of all STRP measurement hypotheses and joint transmission measurement hypotheses.

A network-side device, comprising a processor, a memory, and a program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the program, when being executed by the processor, implements:

• receiving one or more channel state information (CSI) reports, wherein the CSI report comprises a first field corresponding to a first measurement hypothesis, wherein
• the first measurement hypothesis comprises:
• X single transmission and reception point (STRP) measurement hypotheses and one joint transmission measurement hypothesis, wherein X is a positive integer;
• or the first measurement hypothesis is one of all STRP measurement hypotheses and joint transmission measurement hypotheses.
