Wireless communication method, terminal device, and network device

A User Equipment (UE), comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory is configured to store thereon a computer program, and the processor is configured to invoke and run the computer program stored in the memory to:

• receive a Random Access Response (RAR) from a network device, wherein the RAR comprises at least one first bit, the at least one first bit can be configured to indicate a number of repetitions of a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH), and the PUSCH is configured to carry a third message during a random access procedure;
• and
• determine whether the at least one first bit is configured to indicate the number of the repetitions of the PUSCH according to first information, wherein the first information is associated with the RAR.

A network device, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory is configured to store thereon a computer program, and the processor is configured to invoke and run the computer program stored in the memory to:

• indicate whether at least one first bit in a Random Access Response (RAR) indicates a number of repetitions of a Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) to a User Equipment (UE) through first information, wherein the first information is associated with the RAR, the at least one first bit can be configured to indicate the number of the repetitions of the PUSCH, and the PUSCH is configured to carry a third message during a random access procedure.
