Cell handover method and apparatus, and terminal, base station and storage medium

A user equipment (UE), comprising

• a processor,
• a memory storing a computer program,
• wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the user equipment to perform the following operations:
• performing cell measurement on multiple cells based on multiple channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resource sets corresponding to the multiple cells;
• and
• transmitting a measurement result corresponding to one or more cells among the multiple cells to a base station of a current cell, wherein the measurement result of one or more cells is used for making a cell handover decision.

A base station, comprising

• a processor,
• a memory storing a computer program,
• wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the base station to perform the following operations:
• receiving a measurement result corresponding to one or more cells transmitted by a user equipment (UE), wherein the measurement result corresponding to one or more cells is obtained by performing, by the UE, cell measurement on multiple cells based on multiple channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) resource sets corresponding to the multiple cells;
• and
• making a cell handover decision based on the measurement result corresponding to one or more cells.
