A method by a radio access network node includes receiving, from a network node, information indicating a burst end time (BET) for a first burst of data traffic within a traffic flow.

- receiving, from a network node, information indicating a burst end time, BET, for a first burst of data traffic within a traffic flow.
A method performed by a network node, the method comprising:
- determining information indicating a burst end time, BET, for a burst of data traffic within a traffic flow;
- and
- transmitting the information to a radio access network node.
A radio access network node adapted to:
- receive, from a network node, information indicating a burst end time, BET, for a first burst of data traffic within a traffic flow.
A network node adapted to:
- determine information indicating a burst end time, BET, for a burst of data traffic within a traffic flow;
- and
- transmit the information to a radio access network node.
