- an input impedance matching network;
- at least one transistor;
- an input lead coupled to the at least one transistor;
- an output lead coupled to the at least one transistor;

- a gain equalizer configured to equalize gain,
- wherein the gain equalizer is connected to components of the input impedance matching network.
