Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a laundry treating apparatus in which a camera that may film laundry in a front load-type washing machine is built into a door, wherein the laundry treating apparatus may prevent exposure of the camera to moisture, change locations or shapes of a lighting fixture and internal components, and remove foreign substances that interfere with filming.

A laundry treating apparatus comprising:
- a cabinet including an opening defined at a front surface thereof;
- a tub configured to receive water inside the cabinet, wherein the tub includes an inlet defined therein configured to be in fluid communication with the opening;
- a drum rotatably disposed inside the tub and configured to receive laundry therein;
- a driver coupled to the tub and configured to rotate the drum;
- a door coupled to the cabinet and configured to open and close the opening;
- and
- a camera coupled to the door and configured to film an interior of the drum,
- wherein the door includes:
- a door frame rotatably coupled to the cabinet,
- an inner panel coupled to the door frame and configured to be inserted into the inlet or to seal the inlet, and
- an outer panel coupled to the door frame and disposed to face the inner panel,
- wherein the camera is fixed to an inner surface of the outer panel, and wherein the camera is disposed at a location higher than a maximum water level of the tub.
