A modified IgG comprising:
- a bovine IgG constant domain comprising at least one amino acid substitution relative to a wild-type bovine IgG constant domain, wherein said substitution is at amino acid residue 216, 234, 235, 237, 270, 329, 330, 331, 432, 434, or 437, numbered according to the Eu index as in Kabat, and wherein said substitution is D216E, P234A, L235A, G237A, D270E, P329S, A330S, P331S, L432A, N434A, or T437A.
A vector comprising the nucleic acid sequence encoding any one of the amino acid sequences set forth in SEQ ID NOs.:
- 10-12, 14-25, and 27-31.
