Systems and Methods for Detecting Complex Networks in MRI Image Data

A method for identifying complex networks in time-series sequence of image data, comprising:

• obtaining time-series sequence of image data from an image capture device;
• realigning the time-series sequence of image data to a fixed orientation using an image processing server system;
• unwarping the time-series sequence of image data using the image processing server system;
• despiking the time-series sequence of image data using the image processing server system;
• detecting objects within the time-series sequence of image data using the image processing server system;
• measuring connectivities between detected objects within the time-series sequence of image data using the image processing server system;
• matching the measured connectivities between detected objects to at least one complex network stored in a database of complex networks using the processor;
• and
• displaying the at least one matched complex network using a display device.
