Electronic device and manufacturing method thereof

A manufacturing method of an electronic device, comprising:

• providing a substrate;
• providing a first electronic unit and a second electronic unit on the substrate;
• providing at least one anchor structure between the first electronic unit and the second electronic unit;
• providing a protective layer surrounding the at least one anchor structure, the first electronic unit, and the second electronic unit;
• and
• providing a connecting member, wherein the first electronic unit and the second electronic unit are electrically connected through the connecting member.

A manufacturing method of an electronic device, comprising:

• providing a substrate;
• providing at least one anchor structure on the substrate;
• providing a first electronic unit and a second electronic unit on the substrate, wherein the at least one anchor structure is between the first electronic unit and the second electronic unit;
• providing a protective layer surrounding the at least one anchor structure, the first electronic unit, and the second electronic unit;
• and
• providing a connecting member, wherein the first electronic unit and the second electronic unit are electrically connected through the connecting member.
