Remote access management apparatus, system and method

An apparatus for remote access to a physical facility gated by an electro-mechanical lock, comprising:

• a network interface;
• and
• at least one processor coupled to a memory and to the network interface, the memory holding program instructions that when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to perform:
• receiving instructions from a user specifying a lock controller identifier, a time period for which access is granted, and at least one authorized client identifier identifying a requesting device;
• providing an online executable code configured to enable the requesting device to activate temporary access to the physical facility by accessing the executable code via a unique link, based on the instructions, in a network-accessible memory location, and to send a command to a control circuit that actuates an unlocking mechanism in response to an authorized request;
• and
• providing the unique link to the online executable code to an electronic address specified by the user, wherein the unique link is uniquely configured for requesting the access by the user.
