Preserving text and speech semantics using real-time virtual corpora in live interactive chatbot sessions

A computing platform comprising:

• at least one processor;
• a communication interface communicatively coupled to the at least one processor;
• and
• memory storing computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the computing platform to:
• receive, from a user computing device, a data input;
• perform natural language processing on the data input;
• identify, based on the natural language processing, a first plurality of characteristics that correspond to the data input;
• based on determining that additional data is needed to populate the first plurality of characteristics and to generate a response to the data input, transmit the data input to a slot memory;
• determine whether a second plurality of characteristics associated with a same data input is stored in a virtual corpora;
• based on determining that the second plurality of characteristics associated with the same data input is stored in the virtual corpora, transmit the second plurality of characteristics associated with the same data input to the user computing device;
• increase a count associated with the same data input;
• and
• based on the count satisfying count threshold rules, transmit the same data input and the second plurality of characteristics associated with the same data input to a global corpora.

One or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing instructions that, when executed by a computing platform comprising at least one processor, memory, and a communication interface, cause the computing platform to:

• receive, from a user computing device, a data input;
• perform natural language processing on the data input;
• identify, based on the natural language processing, a first plurality of characteristics that correspond to the data input;
• based on determining that additional data is needed to populate the first plurality of characteristics and to generate a response to the data input, transmit the data input to a slot memory;
• determine whether a second plurality of characteristics associated with a same data input is stored in a virtual corpora;
• based on determining that the second plurality of characteristics associated with the same data input is stored in the virtual corpora, transmit the second plurality of characteristics associated with the same data input to the user computing device;
• increase a count associated with the same data input;
• and
• based on the count satisfying count threshold rules, transmit the same data input and the second plurality of characteristics associated with the same data input to a global corpora.
