Method and system for upgrading cpe firmware

A method for establishing a scene, comprising:

• detecting that at least two or more devices are put into a target folder;
• sending current state information corresponding to the at least two or more devices to a server;
• and
• receiving state information corresponding to a target scene which is established by the server according to the current state information of the at least two or more devices.

An apparatus for establishing a scene, comprising:

• a detection unit, configured to detect that at least two or more devices are put into a target folder;
• a second sending unit, configured to send current state information corresponding to the at least two or more devices to a server;
• and
• a second receiving unit, configured to receive state information corresponding to a target scene which is established by the server according to the current state information of the at least two or more devices.
