Ai operation processing method on input image and camera device using the same

A camera device provided with a processor and a memory storing instructions executable by the processor comprising:

• an image sensor for capturing an image of a subject;
• an AI application for requesting an AI operation on the captured image, and performing video analysis on the captured image using a processing result of the AI operation according to the request;
• a plurality of AI sources embedded in the camera device;
• an NPU controller for monitoring a current resource of the plurality of AI sources according to the AI operation request, and processing an AI operation using at least some of the plurality of AI sources according to priorities of the plurality of AI sources;
• and
• an NPU driver to transmit the AI operation request and processing result of the AI operation, between the AI application and the NPU controller, and to convert a command between the AI application and the NPU controller so that the command would be compatible.
