Abstract

Provided is a technique that provides high durability and high flexibility at low temperatures. A polyurethane resin composition is produced by chain-extending, using polyamine, a reaction product between a polyol including at least one polyether polyol of polytetramethylene ether glycol or polypropylene glycol, 1,10-decanediol, and a polyol including an anionic hydrophilic group, and polyisocyanate.
