Abstract
The present disclosure provides pharmaceutical compositions (e.g., liquid formulations) comprising a monoclonal antibody that binds to a human Siglec-8 for subcutaneous administration, as well as articles of manufacture related thereto.
Claims34
A liquid formulation comprising:
- (a) a monoclonal antibody that binds to a human Siglec-8, wherein the antibody is in a concentration of about 70 mg/mL to about 210 mg/mL;
- and (b) histidine or sodium acetate in a concentration of about 10 mM to about 25 mM;
- wherein the pH of the liquid formulation is between 5.0 and 6.3;
- and
- wherein the antibody comprises:
- (1) a heavy chain variable region comprising:
- an HVR-H1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:61;
- an HVR-H2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:62;
- an HVR-H3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:63;
- and (1) a light chain variable region comprising:
- an HVR-L1 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:64;
- an HVR-L2 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:65;
- and an HVR-L3 comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:66.
