Vehicle seat

A vehicle seat comprising a seat cushion extending substantially along a plane defined by a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction, the seat cushion comprising:

• a cushion part comprising a main seat cushion surface intended to support at least part of the body of a user of the seat;
• and
• a cushion part support comprising a first lateral part, a second lateral part opposite the first lateral part in the transverse direction, and an intermediate part located between the first and second lateral parts in the transverse direction, the intermediate part being recessed relative to the lateral parts in an elevation direction substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal and transverse directions;
• wherein the cushion part is mounted on the cushion part support and extends at least partly into an accommodating space for accommodating the cushion part, the accommodating space being delimited by the first lateral part, the second lateral part, and the intermediate part.
