X-ray imaging device

An X-ray imaging device that acquires an X-ray image of at least a chest of a patient, the X-ray imaging device comprising:

• an X-ray generation unit;
• an X-ray detection unit facing the X-ray generation unit with a space therebetween;
• a support portion that supports the X-ray generation unit and the X-ray detection unit;
• a strut that stands upright from a placement face and holds the support portion;
• and
• a coupling portion that turnably couples the support portion to the strut, wherein
• both ends of the support portion are bent so as to face each other, the X-ray generation unit and the X-ray detection unit are disposed at the both ends, and the X-ray generation unit and the X-ray detection unit face each other with a space where at least a human body of a patient is placed, and wherein
• the coupling portion turns about a direction along the both ends, and the X-ray generation unit and the X-ray detection unit circle around the patient.
