Abstract
An electronic device includes communication circuitry, a display, and at least one processor configured to obtain, from an external electronic device through the communication circuitry, sleep-related information including at least one of an exercise amount of a user, a stress of the user, and a saturation pulse oxygen of the user, determine a sleep quality of the user, based on the sleep-related information, determine a sleep quality of the user, and display information about the determined sleep quality of the user through the display.
Claims20
An electronic device comprising:
- communication circuitry;
- a display;
- and
- at least one processor operatively coupled with the communication circuitry and the display,
- wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
- obtain, from an external electronic device through the communication circuitry, sleep-related information comprising at least one of an exercise amount of a user, a stress of the user, or a saturation pulse oxygen of the user,
- determine a sleep quality of the user, based on the sleep-related information, and
- display information about the determined sleep quality of the user through the display.
A method for providing information about sleep quality, the method comprising:
- obtaining, from an external electronic device through a communication circuitry of an electronic device, sleep-related information comprising at least one of an exercise amount of a user, a stress of the user, or a saturation pulse oxygen of the user;
- determining a sleep quality of the user, based on the sleep-related information;
- and
- displaying information about the determined sleep quality of the user through a display of the electronic device.
