Abstract
An adjustable device may include an adapter, a stem configured to connect to the adapter, and a diffuser configured to connect to at least one of the adapter or the stem. The adjustable device may include a variety of configurations to adjust the length of the adjustable device. Additional adjustable devices, systems including the adjustable devices, and methods of forming the adjustable devices are also disclosed.

- an adapter;
- a stem configured to connect to the adapter;
- and
- a diffuser configured to connect to at least one of the adapter or the stem.
