Abstract
A solid composition, including the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) 0.15 mass % or more and 3.0 mass % or less of a milk-derived sphingomyelin, (B) a sugar alcohol, and (C) potassium. Where a mass ratio of the component (C) to the component (A), [(C)/(A)], is from 0.2 to 9.0.

A solid composition, comprising the following components (A), (B) and (C):
- (A) 0.15 mass % or more and 3.0 mass % or less of a milk-derived sphingomyelin;
- (B) a sugar alcohol;
- and
- (C) potassium;
- wherein a mass ratio of the component (C) to the component (A), [(C)/(A)], is from 0.2 to 9.0.

A solid composition, comprising the following components (A), (B) and (C):
- (A) 0.2 mass % or more and 2.73 mass % or less of milk-derived sphingomyelin inclusion;
- (B) 1 mass % or more and 70 mass % or less of a sugar alcohol;
- (C) 0.2 mass % or more and 15 mass % or less of potassium;
- and
- further comprising 0.5 to 75 mass % of dextrin,
- wherein a mass ratio of the component (C) to the component (A), [(C)/(A)], is from 0.2 to 7.6.
