• wherein
• a structural unit constituting a main chain in a repeating unit in a main chain of the polymer substantially comprises at least one structural unit selected from the group consisting of —CX1X2CX3CX4—, —CX1═CX2—, —C≡C—, —CX1—O—CX2—, —CX1—S—CX2—, —CX1—S—S—CX2—, —CX1X2—C(═O)—CX3X4——, —C(═O)—N(X,Y)—, —CX1X2—C(═S)—CX1X2—, —C(═S)—N(X,Y)—, —Si(X,Y)—O—Si(X,Y)—, and —Si(X,Y)—Si(X,Y)—, wherein X1, X2, X3, and X4 are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, an optionally substituted oxygen atom, an optionally substituted chain or cyclic C1-20 alkyl group, an optionally substituted C1-20 alkylene group, a nitrile group, an ester group, an optionally substituted C1-20 fluorine-containing alkyl group, an optionally substituted C1-20 fluorine-containing alkylene group, and X and Y are the same or different and each represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted chain or cyclic C1-20 alkyl group, an optionally substituted chain or cyclic C1-20 alkylene group, an optionally substituted chain or cyclic C1-20 aryl group, an optionally substituted chain or cyclic C1-20 (per)fluoroalkyl group, or an optionally substituted chain or cyclic C1-20 (per)fluoroalkylene group.
