Abstract
A method for time-domain-parameter determination includes the following. Receive configuration information sent by a network device, and determine a time-domain parameter according to the configuration information, where the configuration information includes a time-domain-parameter reference value and at least one time-domain-parameter offset value.

A method for time-domain parameter determination, the method being executed by a terminal device and comprising:
- receiving configuration information sent by a network device, the configuration information comprising a time-domain-parameter reference value and at least one time-domain-parameter offset value;
- and
- determining a time-domain parameter according to the configuration information.
A terminal device, comprising:
- a transceiver;
- a processor coupled to the transceiver;
- and
- a memory configured to store a computer program;
- wherein executing the computer program by the processor causes the terminal device to:
- receive configuration information sent by a network device;
- and
- determine a time-domain parameter according to the configuration information, the configuration information comprising a time-domain-parameter reference value and at least one time-domain-parameter offset value.
