Liquid crystal display panel, and liquid crystal display device

A liquid crystal display panel having a display region and at least one non-display region disposed beside the display region, comprising:

• an array substrate and an opposite substrate that are disposed opposite to each other, and a sealant disposed between the array substrate and the opposite substrate and in the at least one non-display region;
• wherein
• the array substrate is of a multi-layer structure and includes a pixel electrode layer and a plurality of protrusions disposed in the at least one non-display region and disposed at a side of the sealant proximate to the display region;
• the opposite substrate includes a common electrode layer and a first black matrix pattern that is disposed in the at least one non-display region;
• at least one part of the first black matrix pattern has a plurality of grooves;
• each protrusion of the plurality of protrusions is corresponding to a groove of the plurality of grooves, and the protrusion is matched with the corresponding groove;
• and
• the protrusion has a structure including at least one film, and a film of the at least one film is located in a layer included in the array substrate.
