Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a scaffold for culture and transplantation of a pancreatic organoid by using a decellularized pancreatic tissue (pancreas extracellular matrix; PEM).

A scaffold for culture and transplantation of a pancreatic organoid, containing a pancreas extracellular matrix (PEM).
A method of preparing a scaffold for culture and transplantation of a pancreatic organoid, comprising:
- a process (1) of crushing an isolated pancreatic tissue;
- and
- a process (2) of treating the crushed pancreatic tissue with Triton X-100 and ammonium hydroxide for decellularization to prepare a decellularized PEM.
