Abstract
The present invention concerns a solid oral dosage form comprising albumin and at least one cannabinoid, wherein the oral dosage form is free of a gas generating agent (GGA) and wherein the oral dosage form is prepared using a compression force Q of below 1 ton.

A solid oral dosage form comprising albumin and at least one cannabinoid, wherein the oral dosage form is free of a gas generating agent (GGA) and wherein the oral dosage form is prepared using a compression force of below 1 ton.
A method for preparation of a floating solid oral solid dosage form, said method comprising compressing a homogeneous mixture of albumin, at least one cannabinoid and optionally a gas-generating agent with a force of between about 0.25 and about 1 ton to obtain a homogenous unit solid oral dosage.
A sustained or prolonged release oral dosage form comprising albumin and at least one cannabinoid, wherein the oral dosage form optionally containing a gas generating agent and wherein the oral dosage form is prepared using a compression force of below 1 ton.
