Implants, systems, and methods for vascular treatment

A system for vascular treatment, the system comprising:

• a catheter defining a lumen and a distal opening in fluid communication with one another;
• an implant including a wire having a first section and a second section each positionable in the lumen in a delivery state, and the first section of the wire stiffer than the second section of the wire;
• a tether coupled to the second section of the implant;
• and
• a pusher member detachably coupled to the second section of the wire via the tether, the pusher member advanceable in the lumen in a distal direction toward the distal opening of the catheter, the first section of the wire movable through the distal opening of the catheter to a deployed state, including at least one loop, in response to distal advancement of the pusher member in the lumen.

A method of vascular treatment, the method comprising:

• advancing an implant including a wire, in a delivery state, through vasculature of a subject to a target anatomical location within the vasculature;
• releasing a first section of a wire from the delivery state to a deployed state including at least one loop;
• securing the at least one loop to the target anatomical location;
• and
• with the at least one loop secured to the target anatomical location, releasing a second section of the wire from the delivery state to the deployed state, the second section of the wire in the deployed state having a non-linear shape at least partially occupying an anatomical vessel, and the first section of the wire stiffer than the second section of the wire.
