Abstract
A refilling device for an article of an aerosol provision system includes an article interface configured to receive the article and refilling control circuitry. The refilling circuitry is configured to read, from the article in response to the article being received by the article interface, an indication of a number of times the article has been refilled with aerosol generating material, and transmit, to a remote data store using a wireless communications protocol, the indication.
Claims21
A refilling device for an article of an aerosol provision system comprising:
- an article interface configured to receive the article;
- and
- refilling control circuitry configured to:
- read, from the article in response to the article being received by the article interface, an indication of a number of times the article has been refilled with aerosol generating material, and
- transmit, to a remote data store using a wireless communications protocol, the indication.
A method comprising:
- reading, from an article of an aerosol provision system in response to the article being received by an interface, an indication of a number of times the article has been refilled with aerosol generating material;
- and
- transmitting, to a remote data store using a wireless communications protocol, the indication.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform a method comprising:
- reading, from an article of an aerosol provision system in response to the article being received by an interface, an indication of a number of times the article has been refilled with aerosol generating material;
- and
- transmitting, to a remote data store using a wireless communications protocol, the indication.
