Also described herein are pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and methods of using the compounds and compositions. Also described are processes for manufacture of the compounds and the compositions containing them.

A compound of the Formula (V):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, polymorph, prodrug, solvate or clathrate thereof, wherein:
- X2 is a chelating agent, an imaging agent, a diagnostic agent or a therapeutic agent;
- L1 is a linker group;
- L5 is a linker group or a bond, wherein L1 and L5 can be the same or different;
- T is a click-chemistry-derived core;
- G1 is a forward primer binding site;
- Q is a randomized single-stranded DNA;
- and
- G2 is a reverse primer binding site.
