Abstract
The present invention provides a method for quantifying modified HDL contained in a sample, comprising binding a modified HDL to a modified HDL-binding protein, and quantifying a complex of the modified HDL-binding protein and the modified HDL, wherein the modified HDL-binding protein comprises a protein having a sequence of an L chain region of Factor V, or a variant thereof.
Claims18
A method for quantifying modified HDL contained in a sample, comprising:
- binding a modified HDL to a modified HDL-binding protein, and
- quantifying a complex of the modified HDL-binding protein and the modified HDL, wherein
- the modified HDL-binding protein comprises a protein having a sequence of an L chain region of Factor V, or a variant thereof.
An analytical reagent used for quantifying modified HDL for determining cardiovascular disease, diabetes or diabetic disease, or the risk thereof, or the degree of progression thereof, comprising
- a modified HDL-binding protein capable of binding to a modified HDL, wherein
- the modified HDL-binding protein comprises a protein having a sequence of an L chain region of Factor V, or a variant thereof.
