Abstract
A visual field observation training lens is disclosed, along with corresponding training eyewear. An associated method for training visual observation toward a designated field of view is provided.

A lens comprising
- a first transparency region that is disposed at an upper portion of the lens;
- a second transparency region that is disposed at a lower portion of the lens, the second transparency region being less transparent than the first transparency region;
- and
- a delineation between the first transparency region and the second transparency region,
- wherein the delineation extends across a width of the lens.
