Abstract
Methods and apparatuses for resource allocation to a terminal device. In a method a first terminal device connects to a network via a second terminal device acting as a relay therebetween. The first terminal device transmits, to the second terminal device, a report message comprising at least information related to a volume of data from the first terminal device to the second terminal device.
Claims22
A method performed by a first terminal device, wherein the first terminal device connects to a network via a second terminal device acting as a relay between the first terminal device and the network, the method comprising:
- transmitting, to the second terminal device, a report message comprising at least information related to a volume of data from the first terminal device to the second terminal device.
A method performed by a second terminal device, wherein the second terminal device acts as a relay between a first terminal device and a network, the method comprising:
- receiving, from the first terminal device, a report message comprising at least information related to a volume of data from the first terminal device to the second terminal device;
- and
- transmitting, to a base station, the information related to the volume without decoding the information related to the volume.

A first terminal device, wherein the first terminal device (2000) connects to a network via a second terminal device acting as a relay between the first terminal device and the network, the first terminal device comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory, the at least one memory containing instructions which, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the first terminal device to:
- transmit, to the second terminal device, a report message comprising at least information related to a volume of data from the first terminal device to the second terminal device.
