Geographical location based registration request

A wireless device, comprising:

• one or more processors;
• and
• memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
• send, to an access and mobility management function (AMF), a first registration request message comprising a first geographical coordinate of a first geographical location;
• receive, from the AMF, a registration access message comprising a radius value;
• and
• send, from a second geographical location distinct from the first geographical location and based on a distance between the first geographical coordinate and a second geographical coordinate of the second geographical location being larger than the radius value, a second registration request message comprising the second geographical coordinate.

A method comprising:

• receiving, by an access and mobility management function (AMF) from a wireless device, a first registration request message comprising a first geographical coordinate of a first geographical location;
• sending, by the AMF to the wireless device, a registration accept message comprising a radius value;
• and
• receiving, based on a distance between the first geographical coordinate and a second geographical coordinate of the second geographical location being larger than the radius value, a second registration request message comprising the second geographical coordinate.
