A wireless terminal comprising:

• a housing comprising a first side plate;
• an antenna disposed in the housing;
• a circuit board disposed in the housing, proximate to the first side plate and facing the first side plate, wherein the circuit board is a ground end of the antenna;
• and
• a loss reduction structure comprising a metal material and further comprising:
• a connection stub coupled to the circuit board and comprising:
• a first side;
• and
• a second side opposite the first side;
• a first stub, located on the first side, coupled to the connection stub, and proximate to the first side plate;
• and
• a second stub located on the second side, coupled to the connection stub, and proximate to the first side plate,
• wherein the first stub and the second stub are arranged in a direction parallel to the first side plate.

A metal loss reduction structure configured to reduce a specific absorption rate of a user of a terminal device, the loss reduction structure comprising:

• a connection stub coupled to a circuit board of a wireless terminal and comprising:
• a first side;
• and
• a second side opposite the first side;
• a first stub located on the first side, coupled to the connection stub, and proximate to a side plate of the wireless terminal;
• and
• a second stub located on the second side, coupled to the connection stub, and proximate to the side plate,
• wherein the first stub and the second stub are parallel to the side plate.
